Born and raised in Georgia, I’ve been a lifelong equestrian with over 28 years of experience owning, riding, and training horses. My professional journey began in the dressage arena, where I trained and competed extensively, learning under esteemed trainers such as Felicitas Von Neumann-Cosel, Karen Lipp, Hoakan Thorn, Christopher Thellat, and Julie Cochran. One of my proudest accomplishments was earning a working student position with three-time Olympic Gold Medalist Anky Van Grunsven in Holland, immediately after graduation.

In my late 20s, my path shifted when I was challenged by an unpredictable and dangerous horse. Despite pouring in all my knowledge, effort, and emotion, I knew there had to be a better way. That turning point led me to intern with Extreme Cowboy Hall of Fame inductee Joyce Lewis of Safe Horse Training. Under her guidance, I deepened my understanding of horse psychology, groundwork, colt starting, problem-solving, and holistic horsemanship.

Throughout my career, I’ve witnessed a wide range of injuries and maintenance routines—not just in horses, but also in riders and our beloved small animal companions. This inspired me to explore alternative therapies. After extensive research, I discovered the remarkable benefits of Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) therapy and Red Light Therapy as drug-free, non-invasive options for pain management and healing.

Today, I am a certified MagnaWave and RedLight practitioner for horses, pets, and people, and also certified through the Association of PEMF Professionals (AOPP). At Aurora Pulse Therapy, I use the MagnaWave Maia Pro system, which features the Schumann Resonance setting—mimicking the Earth’s natural healing frequencies for optimal cellular balance and recovery.
